Auto Europe - How easy to change/cancel booking?

Looking to book with Auto Europe for May 2020. Best price atm and has better insurance included. Is it easy to change or cancel if I find a better price down the line?

yep- you can modify or cancel/rebook online.
I did it 4 four times last year on my booking. booked at �489 ended up at �401

Sorry for lots of questions. I know I have to pay the lot upfront when booking. If my price goes down do I have to cancel then rebook or will they just refund the difference?

when you do it it reads like you will get a refund and pay for whole new booking which would mean paying twice as the refund would take 48 hrs. However each time I have just been refunded the difference.

To give you an idea I booked 12 days intermediate SUV with autoeurope starting 10th May 2020 and got it for �316. Prices are much higher at the moment but I reckon they will come down again.

I will rebook if it ever goes lower between now and then.

As above I cancelled and rebooked cheaper prices about 4 times and just had the difference refunded every time. In the end we had to cancel the holiday and received a full refund in a couple of days. Just emailed them. I always book with auto Europe and have never had a problem 😊

Also check the cashback sites, such as Quidco who's offering 5.6% cashback with a Auto Europe booking and TopCashBack at 7.35%.

For us we had a booking through Quidco and when Auto Europe's price reduced we phoned and cancelled and then rebooked at the cheaper price and again through Quidco so we will also receive cashback.
