Thank you, that’s helpful.

Thanks, i haven’t actually seen the GF without the Christmas tree so that’s a point!

Jumping in, any thoughts on atmosphere and service at GFC for dinner?

The food (and service) was absolutely a class above GFC. Signature quality
I'd concur with this.

We had dinner at The Wave last year, having meant to visit many times but never got round to it.

The food was truly spectacular and I agree that it would not be out of place as a signature costing 2 credits.

We've eaten at GFC also, and it's fine. You're unlikely to be disappointed, but you'll also not be blown away.

I do also agree on the setting though - GFC is light and airy, and feels more suitable for what you are proposing. If you can find time for dinner at The Wave though, you absolutely should. One of very few hidden gems left at WDW.

It’s nice , service is good and it’s quite relaxed but I would pick the wave as well. GFC is lovely though.

The dinner I had at the Wave in December was the nicest I’d had anywhere, all year. Just make sure you have the eggs and bacon appetiser if they have it on a lunchtime.

If you go to the GFC, have the Grand Sandwich. Absolutely delicious!

I've decided to go for the Wave for dinner too after reading all of these comments. We have Crystal Palace down at the moment but my kids are not fussed about characters.

Thanks everyone, perhaps not surprising given the mix of comments, I’m still thinking it over! Having checked the menus I think the Wave might win re entrees, but the GFC with desserts, which is unhelpful LOL!
