It was my son's one request for last year - he wanted to do the kitchen sink with grandad. I know he doesn't look that happy in the photo, but he's a teenage boy, he never looks that happy, but he was so excited to try and conquer the sink. We did manage to eat it all between the 6 of us!

It's larger than it looks in the photo!

I hope you have fun

The Mickey pants and kitchen sink are two different things... hence the confusion. You do get to keep the pants.

Oh ok, well that is not the kitchen sink. The kitchen sink comes in the big metal sink serving dish. Your picture is the Mickey pants sundae, you can get these at Beaches & Cream and the Plaze ice cream plaza in
MK.

Ohhh OK.

I find references on the Disney parks website for the kitchen sink sundae and see both types as images.

Haha nothing like a bit of confusion.

But yes we want the pants! so very glad they are still available. Thanks

You can get the Mickey Pants at the Plaza in MK or at Beaches and Cream. It's smaller than the sink, but still shareable. The kitchen sink is only served at Beaches and Cream, it costs $35 and the menu says it serves 4. There are a few varieties. We had the normal one, with vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, cookies and cream and mint chocolate chip ice cream. It's also smothered in whipped cream and lots of sauces. Plus there are whole pieces of sponge cake, cookies and other goodies in it. There is a chocolate lovers or a Neapolitan version too.

Below is the link where they talk about the kitchen sink and show only images of the pants throughout.

Kitchen Sink Sundae

That why I got it mixed up. sorry about that but thank you for putting me straight.

The kitchen sink is definitely the huge one in a metal sink. It is enormous and as you can see serves many people.

The Mickey pants sundae could be eaten by one person, although the one at B&C might be a bit much as it seems to come with a lot more extras than the one at the Plaza which is two scoops of ice cream and whipped cream. We shared (between two) the one we got at the Plaza ice cream parlour as I don’t particularly like ice cream and just got it for the tub.

Brilliant, thank you for explaining. I can now explain this to everyone in our party and make out like I already knew it all.

That link is incredibly misleading. It's a great photo of the pants! My family expect me to know everything about WDW and are always surprised when I have to say "I don't know" in response to one of their questions. So, at least in this case you will be able to share the knowledge and look very clever.

Yes it is misleading article and link, I guess it is the shape of a sink so causes confusion. I just tried googling “kitchen sink Disney” and most images were of the actual kitchen sink, but one Mickey pants image snuck in there too.
