Anyone stayed at the Trianon in Old Naples or the Doubletree Suites? I've heard the Trianon is maybe a bit shabby but has a great location near Tin City, whilst the Doubletree is nice but a bit far out of town?
Thanks!

My parents have stayed in the Trianon and are booked to stay again in November.
They like it and never complained about it being bad in any way (and mum definitely would!).

Try Brooks Burgers while you’re down that way. They’re awesome!

We have stayed twice at the Trianon Old Naples and always thought it great value for money. The rooms were large and spotless. It’s a quiet hotel and the staff have always been very helpful. (Free car parking)They used to do free breakfast but I think that has stopped now. The pool area is small but was sufficient for our needs. More importantly the location is excellent. Walking distance to 5th Avenue and Tin city. You can also walk to the beach although it can be very hot during the day. It’s A lovely stroll in the evening to watch the sunset from the pier. Never stayed at Doubletree suites in Naples but have passed them and they are much further from Old Naples. There is also a Trianon near Bonita Springs so be careful when booking if you choose Trianon.

We stayed at the Trianon last year for 3 nights and really enjoyed it there. It’s in a fantastic location and if you like tennis Cambier Park is a couple minutes walk away and has a tennis wall to practice on and a great children’s play park as well as gym equipment dotted about.
