Something similar happened to me last week with 02 their customer service was appalling... i kept looking and managed to get a better phone on a half price deal from argos... but am not impressed that companies let you buy something that doesn't exist and then cancel on you.

The two hoodies were for my ds and ds Fiancée, she’s nicked his hoodie and I thought I’d get them a new one each! I ordered one for dd after and it has come but not the original ones. The two games I have been looking and looking and then found a great price, but it was not to be! Glad you managed to get a good phone deal in the end!

Two items I bought for Christmas presents several weeks before Black Friday were on sale during the Black Friday sales. I could've saved myself just over £20 in total if I'd waited. Not a huge amount admittedly.
