Great news. Another couple of tips for a great nights sleep NG (don’t know if you have tried them, apologies if you have) are to rub a few drops of magnesium oil into your tummy before bed and also a quick spray of lavender on your pillow. The magnesium works like magic, I am literally out for the count all night. Hope you manage to get into a routine again, not sleeping is horrible.

Sorry to jump in but what do you mean by magnesium? I have the lavender pillow spray.

It’s just an oil in a spray bottle. I have a friend that makes all natural beauty products and she gave me one as I had awful problems sleeping. I was sceptical but it really works well. If I have a few days of not sleeping well I just spray some on my tummy (she said it absorbs best here) then rub it in and I have a great nights sleep. It’s explains a bit more about it when you google it online and you can buy it from Holland and Barrett and most health food stores.
