Ideas Needed

We return to Orlando in July this year.
Later this year my DW celebrates a big birthday and I would like to arrange something special whilst in Orlando.
It was a big birthday for me last year and my DW arranged for a cabana at Discovery cove. Which was awesome.
We are staying in a villa this year and only doing Disney this time.
I did think about booking a Disney hotel for one night (Grand Floridian) but I am struggling to justify the cost for one night considering we won't be able to make use of all the amenities as we will be doing the parks during the day.

Can any fellow Dibbers help with any suggestions ?
There will be 3 of us in total so any suggestions will have to be child friendly as our DD (11) will be with us.

Thanks

Have you thought about a Wishes cruise ie hiring a private boat for the fireworks. You can organise to have chocolates and champagne on board. They bring you out to the best vantage point were you can view the fireworks. The one we went on left from Contemporary. Takes about 2 hours altogether. Really lovely night

Have you looked at the Rainbow River at Dunellon?

You drift, float, kayak down a Chrystal clear spring for a few hours and see some great wildlife.

You will find it on the second trip report on my signature.

Can you see the projections from a cruise? I'm toying with this idea...

How about a sunrise hot air balloon ride? We did it a few years ago and it was lovely
