If it was me and I’m mid 40’s I’d go for black jeans/jeggings a nice top like you have and maybe a nice jacket or blazer to cover my arms. I’d team with my favourite trainers (I have a trainer problem) and a cute handbag. Then hope the music was t too loud and there would be somewhere to sit. I used to love clubs but now I’d rather have a meal or go to the pub. Getting old I suppose.

Is it wise to go on a night out wearing new shoes if your clubbing it

Last (and only) time I've ever been to a nightclub, I wore black jeans and a t-shirt.

I think you’re right, I have to wear pink to co ord with the brides mother. I thought a navy outfit and pink shoes and bag but maybe a pinkish dress. I like the top btw x

Thanks Sandra, think I will buy that top. A nice blush pink dress/outfit with a different colour hat/shoes and then a different colour of bag and simple accessories earrings and bracelet plus ring would suit you Sandra. You have a elegant look and I think that combination would suit you (based on your tea photos)

Pinterest is good for ideas and also independent shops.

Bargain, i love a sale! Just make sure you wear them round the house, doing the shopping etc then they will be comfy for when you’re having a boogie on the dance floor

Minnie are you sure on those measurements? I thought they have to be wrong. Could they be 11cm?
