Anyone cancelled BA accommodation

Hi as the title says I’ve got my hotel booked through BA for the 22nd April but trying to get though to BA is proving difficult, anyone managed to get refund with them yet?

I would suggest trying again to contact BA as the phone lines are a little quieter now but you will probably still have to wait.

I had flights, car hire and pre travel night at the Gatwick Hilton booked for 18th March. Cancelled by BA Holidays a couple of days before we were due to fly and full refund in my c/c account 20th March. I would imagine if you've booked a hotel then it would also come under BA Holidays, not BA themselves. The email came from 'holidays.ba.com'
