Mobile Which to fp at HS?

As a family of 4 we love tot & rnrc. We couldn't choose which our favourite it. Which is best to q on the day (baring in mind with a 6 yr old we won't do single rider) and which to fp? Or what do you reckon will be the easiest to get as a second fp?

Tot is usually best to queue as the queue moves quite quickly, so I’d get FP for RNRC.

I second the above.

Tower of Terror now has all lifts in operation and, even if the queue is 60-90 minutes it’s incredibly immersive, and mostly in the shade or indoors. The mist effect in the outdoor part queue helps keep it cool too whilst your build up intensifies as you listen to the screams from the inside.

Coaster is a very slow moving queue and, if you’re in the outdoor section of the queue, it can get pretty brutal in the heat. Even once inside it’s not the most exciting queue until you get into the recording studio and then track side. The areosmith music is cool to listen too when you’re outside but there’s only so many songs before it loops round to the beginning and then the wait gets tedious and repetitive. The coaster itself is fantastic but not something worth queuing standby any longer than 45 minutes at a push.

The TOT experience starts in the queue which is why I don’t mind waiting for the ride itself. It’s also lots of fun watching other people in the queue who are clearly terrified.

Thanks for detailed response, that helps alot. We have been on both many times but have never done them in standby as we always have had a fp. This helps alot x😀

We chose to FP rock n roller as I’ve been monitoring the wait times and TOT is always the lower wait time of the two rides.

We struggled with HS this time in our planning as the new tiers are rubbish!
