Anyone know how much a PinTraders lanyard starter pack is please?

They vary according to the number of pins (and other assorted reasons), but I recall they started at about $25 but most were around $30

When we were out in May the kids picked up starter packs in the Outlets for $12.99. This included 1 Lanyard and 4 Monster inc pins. Eldest also picked up a 2015 pack of 7 pins for $10.
