Awesome day (especially the second half) We felt the same way about LA. It was pretty meh and I hated Hollywood!

Trader Sams is so awesome right! Reading this made me miss it so much, we only managed to go there once too

What an awesome day!

I was out in LA for work back in July and I have to admit I felt the same in regards to being somewhat underwhelmed! We are allowing a full day for site-seeing on our trip (mainly as Paul has never been) and you have confirmed that this will definitely be enough time to get everything in!

I am most certainly putting Trader Sams on the 'must-do' list... what a great time you had in there (and I actually thought the bill was pretty reasonable given how much you drank and the fact you was on Disney property ) Have you used any of the glasses/mugs since?! (I too am a sucker for a souvenir glass but then am too precious to ever use them again!

Loved seeing your tour of the Queen Mary too, we have ear-marked staying here for our last night before flying home... although I was oblivious to any paranormal activity, I may bottle it now!
