Disney at Christmas

Hi all I'm fairly new to the Dibb I'm going to Disney for 2 weeks over Christmas flying out on the 19th December 2017 returning 2 Jan. Me and my fiancé. We are staying on international drive also hiring a car. Any tips on how to save on car parking at all parks, also how many fast passes can we do in advance at once? Anything else christmas at Disney would be appreciated

No real way of saving on car parking, all the resorts were very hot on preventing people using the resort car parks who werent entitled when we went this past Christmas. Yes, its irritating having to pay another $20 a day parking when you've paid so much out already, but realistically its not worth the extra time, hassle and organisation trying to play the system just to save what is a relatively small cost in the holiday overall.

Fast passes can be done three per day to start, choosing one main attraction from the list then two others. When you've used the three up, you can choose another for that day, then when youve used that choose another, etc etc, til the end of the day or the end of the fastpasses. Therefore its better to book them early if you can, so you get more fastpasses through the day. That said, we found that there were only a few things that needed an advance fastpass anyway even in the very busy christmas week (things like the mine train, meet mickey at town square). The rest were easy enough to book on the day when we had more of an idea of where we were going to be or what we fancied doing.
