Another Avis Preferred Question

Sorry for another question regarding Avis! We already have flights booked through BA, and I have now booked a car through the BA site too as it was a great price. I know I need to join Avis preferred to enable me to go to the booth but the options to join are only if you already have an account and I don't have anything with them at all... can someone point me in the right direction as I just cannot seem to find a way to join without already having a number

I had this problem the other day, where you see the part about existing online account and already a member ignore that bit and just scroll down and fill in your details in each section below and that is how you do it.
