The tour we booked in Japan was fine but unfortunately Viator's systems were hacked and our credit card and other info stolen, so it took quite a bit of sorting out.

Have bought some stuff via BA for our upcoming trip - looking at the vouchers they obviously use Viator. Their price was cheaper than Viator's for the same thing though... plus cashback.

The bits and bobs I have bought are vouchers though - which will have to be exchanged - would rather have had direct tickets, but cheaper won !

Where did you find tours ect from BA ?

Yes used them a few times no problems

Have used them a few times they are fine but I've found they are not always the cheapest so it's best to shop around

Hovver over the Flights and Holidays tab and there will be a book column on the left, experiences is at the bottom of that.

Don't forget to go via elsewhere for cashback first. We used Quidco, it was 5% cashback at the time I think.
