Isango!?

Hi all

Ive just spent half of the evening researching hop on hop off buses for our Washington DC trip in a few weeks, and I decided we'd book tickets for the Big Bus company.

With all of the opening and closing of websites ive accidentally booked through a different site called hop on hop off bus tours, and whilst the voucher has come through for exactly what I want (ie a two day hoho pass and free night tour through the Big Bus Company), it looks like ive booked through a third party agent called Isango!

Has anyone any experience of booking tours/tickets through Isango!?, did everything work out ok?

Ive tried to contact the Big Bus Co directly to check if they are known to them, but sadly their contact system isn't currently working.

I'm hoping I'm worried about nothing, but as ive booked for other people as well, I feel more of a responsibility to have done the right thing!
