It's official no more Station casino rewards on myVEGAS

Well the rumours are true , Station casinos have ended their partnership with myVEGAS so no more rewards for Red Rock, Green Valley etc

Big loss for many including myself ..

Just another sign that myVEGAS is getting worse as time goes on ,

Rewards are not a patch on what they were even 2 years ago never mind 5.

I've stopped playing it now...too time consuming and no trips planned ... I had nearly 500,000 gold coins.

Awe that's rubbish, I have over 300,000 saved up for the summer, and probabaly now won't have a chance to use them all.

I saw this on MVFR too. Disappointed as well. I loved the Red Rock buffet. Still quite happy with our other BOGF buffets as it costs nothing to play. We have Wolfgang puck as well to try and Ninefine Irish at NYNY to try so looking forward to that too.

I had just started playing again as I managed to get my parents some free meals 2 years ago and we are hoping to go next August, but I can't see any of the buffets for 2 people have they also stopped those? There's not much there now really that's of much interest especially as you can only have the 3 rewards each. There are 4 of us with my 2 teens and I was hoping to get 3 buffets for us all with an account for dh.

There aren't many rewards at all at the minute , but that's because it's the New Year they always disappear for a few weeks over the holiday period.

New rewards will come soon .

However things have changed a lot , many of the decent rewards like 2 free buffets per person have gone & for many rewards now you have to stop in a MGM property to get them , you can tell which ones these are as they have a little key symbol on the reward picture .


As for 3 rewards each... that's not quite right most people can only have 3 MGM based rewards per person but in addition to that you can have other rewards like Hexx, Wolfgang Puck, monorail etc and that's always been the case .

How did you get rewards for your parents though unless you were there as only the persons name who's on the myVEGAS account should be able to redeem the reward in person .

I linked my account to my dad instead of me, it was on my FB as I was hoping to go but then we booked to go to Florida and they were going to Vegas, so if I remember rightly I opened him a mylife account and linked it to my FB he used the rewards a couple of years ago. I also played the slots for my mum on an account for her, as they don't go on FB and aren't very techie. I have set up a new account for me that I can then link to a new mylife account, but not sure I'll bother now. I saved them quite a lot of money with the 2 buffet rewards & was hoping to do the same again. My brother is going in August and I didn't realise you could get Wolfgang Puck as an extra, I know I got a monorail ticket as an extra last time. I suppose it's still something for nothing, but it's like the clubcard points, taking away and reducing rewards over time.

I'm sure everyone can get Wolfgang puck, some rewards are dependent on your level, my DH is way ahead of me and gets some different rewards. But basically anything like Monorail, Maverick , Uniquely Vegas, Hexx you can have alongside MGM rewards.

I used to save a fair bit too as there are 4 of us and both DH & I played, last year for example we all went to Secret Garden & Shark Reef completely free so saved $160, then we had free buffets at Green Valley, Red Rock etc..

Victim of its own success imo, much like clubcard, people (myself included) too advantage of getting all this stuff for free and never spending a penny in the hotels and Station Casino's in particular have had enough.
