We dont do the cinema now so tend to watch on Netflix/Amazon prime or flying .

The most recent film I sae was last month flying to LAX and it was Mrs Harris goes to Paris. Really really enjoyed it. Good to see Lesley Manville play a working class character for a change. The film was a real feel good one without being too cheesy (it was a bit !) and had my in hysterics a few times too. I recommend it

I’ve just finished watching Taken. I’ve never fancied it before but I thought it was really good. I had no idea it was about young women being sold into prostitution. A very powerful subject matter.

Do like the Taken films - my OH always says to our girls not to get themselves in that kind of situation because he does not have that particular set of skills

Watched on BBC2 last night, The Good Liar. Ian McKellen and Helen Mirren on brilliant form as you'd expect. Decent, original storyline and a twist.

Spirited. Really funny, great songs and dancing by Greatest Showman people. Will Ferrell and Ryan Reynolds with the lovely Octavia Spencer. Heartwarming Christmas fun..
