Just watched the new Mulan.
Was quite good, but not a patch on recent live action Disney movies. I know it's a cultural decision but no Mushu and lack of Disney music/feel made it less appealing. FD

Watched The Midnight Sky last night on Netflix. It passed a few hours and was interesting but not as good as I thought it’d be. It got “meh” reviews in this house - from “nothing happened” to “it was alright”
We had to balance it then so watched Home Alone - good comedy value as usual! |

We watched the 3 Planet of the Apes movies over the last 2 nights. I was really surprised how much I enjoyed them. I hadn’t seen them before as I didn’t like the original ones when I was younger, and I really don’t like chimpanzees, but these were great movies.

We just watched A Gift From Bob on Prime, which is the sequel to a Streetcat called Bob. Not a film for everyone but a lovely film for animal lovers 💞

We watched Soul the other day which I liked. Before that it was Christmas Chronicles 2 which I really enjoyed. Godmothered and Noelle weren't great.
Also, tried to watch Mulan but as soon as it started everyone in my house had things they absolutely needed to say so in the end I turned it off 🙄 |

Watched a film called Palm Springs earlier and was really good. It almost like a version of Groundhog Day. Very good indeed.
