Ideas for Surprising a Disney trip!

Hi all, over the years we have done some funny surprises for the kids, fast forward 10 years and they’re all a bit older but our youngest doesn’t remember it at all, it’s his first BIG holiday, and our first big one together in 10 years, we want to do something special for him, nothing extravagant or that breaks the Disney bank 😂 just something different than saying it. Is there a way to get a message from Mickey still? Was thinking maybe a Cameo or some sort of treasure hunt. We don’t know wether to do it for Christmas or not, so all ideas welcome 🤗
