I must say, if you are both saving up for a house, wedding, home improvements etc
I would be more than happy with a selection of little items.
My favourite chocolates, fluffy socks, slippers, pjs’s, cosy blanket you can both snuggle under!
In fact many places do a personalised blanket that you could have a favourite picture of you both printed on. You would need to do that this week to ensure it arrives for Christmas
And/or a personalised calendar, I find those really thoughtful, you can get desk top ones for her work or a hanging one. Find new and old photos of you both, funny photos, romantic ones etc she will know you definitely made an effort!

A pamper package - fluffy dressing gown and throw, slippers, really nice bath/shower smellies, perfume, scented candles, favourite chocolates or sweets, books and an IOU for a spa booking. All in a really nice big gift bag or basket.
