That sticky toffee pudding looks amazing!
Its now out of stock to order 😫
Do they have these items in store closer to Christmas?

We tend to have home made petis fours (truffles, coconut Ice, fudge) as a small sweet treat after Xmas lunch. Then we have pudding later in the evening once we’ve made room and then, if we can face it, late late cheese.

Pudding options this year will be:
Jamie’s Panettone tart
Raspberry and almond trifle
Ben and Jerry’s

Allie of course I’ll post tomorrow it goes a long way but you can half the recipe I make
Mine in a silicone loaf tin and turn it out and spray with edible glitter looks great
And so easy
My sister does it in cocktail glasses and it looks great as well
A bit like individual tiramisu or in espresso cups or served with espresso and served with any type of thin shortbread type cookie or those hard sponge finger things who’s name escapes me right now

I usually make a selection of desserts for people to choose from after Christmas dinner. I always make James Martin’s Sticky Toffee Pudding and Christmas Pudding plus 2 others-usually chosen from Lemon Tart , Chocolate Log, Pavlova, New York Cheesecake or Cranberry Bakewell Tart.

Normally when I collect my order on Xmas Eve they have a display of desserts too... but maybe check with the individual store... as this year there is far less choice & they might not be doing this but am hoping they do cause I now fancy the panacotta too 😊

Well I was going back over my waitrose order and I've added some butterscotch ice-cream, a copperwrath Apple and walnut cake desert thing and a spiced apple and mince meat lattice pice to our deserts. Quite looking forward to it all
