We are travelling in September, staying onsite at All Stars. However this time I am visiting with a CPAP machine. I've only recently been diagnosed so I've never taken the machine abroad before, we've told the airline about it but I'm wondering now if I need to inform the resort? Will the voltage still work the machine over there or do I need to get another machine suitable for USA voltage levels? Thanks for reading this.

Mine works fine over there at Disney with a standard plug adapter. Only risk (and I’ve not stayed where you’re staying ) is having a plug point near your bedside without trailing the lead across the room. No need to tell Disney but they might have an extension lead you can borrow if required (I’ve never asked however).

Inform the airline and you’ll get to take it on the plane as an additional carry on.

I took mine last month and stayed at 3 Disney resorts all no problem except as above the plug lead . I’d Take an extension just in case next time . If you have the humidifier as well I used bottled spring water for mine while there ( I just use tap here) as the atp smelt like a swamp through the tubes .

We flew virgin and marked me as special assistance so I had extra luggage . Went through security both ends no problem .
