Paddington Station question

If you were meeting someone off the Heathrow Express at Paddington where is the best place to wait (seated) that would be easy for the arriving person to find ?

My elderly relative is flying in and meeting her even older friend. I'm not banking on them being able to contact eachother even though they both have mobiles.

There is an area behind glass doors which has some shops and cafes. There is a Cafe Ritazza with seating. It�s slightly warmer in there to sit and wait!

Personally not being funny I world say near Paddington bear there a seat there

toilet near by as well

Some where near the Piano ? Usually someone showing there skills on it so you can hear it before you actually see it.

Thanks for the replies - they managed to meet up easily as all travel arrangements went smoothly.

The friend had only just ordered her coffee in Ritazza when the intrepid traveller showed up having sailed through immigration in 20 minutes.
