So the QSDP has defeated us yet again. What are your favourite places to use your left over credits? Thank you 😊

We brought back a lot of Ghirardelli. They value the credits there at around $18 rather than have items as a snack credit so it means you can buy the big bags. Plus any offers are then included. The other place is Goofy’s Candy Co.

Tried them tonight actually thinking about another suitcase to bring it all back.
Has anyone actually beat the dining plan?

Beat as in managed to use all credits? Nope! I came close on this last holiday if not for some issues with scanning credits - they ended up giving me 2 meals along the way as they couldn't get their systems to work properly which was a bonus, so actually would have had 1 QS left by the end instead of 3. I found though I was eating for the sake of it near the end.

Ghiradelli was definitely a good use of credits I felt as managed to get some lovely boxes of chocolate for the family as well as some yummy hot chocolate. If I'd thought about it properly probably would have got their cookbook instead of some of the chocolate.

We spent ours pretty evenly between krispy treats, cookies and candy in the resort shop, and Ghiradelli chocolate.

Remember in the Ghiradelli shop you can buy anything in there with credits, incl the cook book

Yes we’ve had trips when we’ve only had a few snacks left but mainly DDP. This year we’d have used all our credits if we hadn’t wasted so much money on TS meals. Next year we’re going to stick to QS and only do maybe one TS. I think we’ll use all our credits. There’s only two of us though and we seldom share.

I've been beaten the dining plan on both my trips - last month and last year. I didn't have any credits left on either trip. I did spend my snack credits on cold drinks though as I don't do snacks as such apart from the occasional ice cream - had a gorgeous one at the ice cream place at the France pavilion in Epcot.

We use most of our credits, we are happy to use a snack credit on a bottle of water, carton of milk for tea in the room, any other drink or an ice cream. We also don’t care if we have a couple of credits left over. If we haven’t used them we haven’t needed them and we feel no need to use them up on buying a pile of sweets that we wouldn’t normally eat.

Easily used all our credits on full DDP - we had five Signature meals. Mostly used QS for breakfast and then skipped lunch. Snack credits all went at Food & Wine or on drinks. Easy.

We didn't buy any 'normal' drinks on the DDP, we bought a few speciality slushies with snack credits. Rest of the snacks were spent on sweet treats or at Epcot food and wine. We found with the free iced water and getting drinks as part of QSDP meals it was more than enough without spending snack credits on drinks!

We bought a load of sweets/krispies/chocolate home with us which was fully used up on presents for the rest of the family. They were absolutely delighted and it saved us money buying souvenirs. Win-win!
