I've met 2 of my best friends on The Dibb, one I've never met in person but we talk literally every day, one I've been lucky enough to meet a few times as we were on the same flights a good few years ago and we chat a lot too. Both of them I could trust with my deepest, darkest and I'm very thankful to have them

Oh I wasn't born in Grantham lovely, I was born near Lincoln but we lived there for a while after we got married 🤗

I did the trip the other way… studied in Lincoln for 4 years then got my first teaching post on a village near Grantham so came home! You aren’t far away at all. 😊

I had a life affirming situation in Lincoln as a baby - Jews House played a huge part in that.

PS. I read in “Grantham Matters” the other day that Grantham is having its first ever Gay pride night on 18th Sept. It may be small but its a start and made me so happy to read it - hope it is a huge success and makes the LGBTQ+ residents, and their straight allies, of Grantham very proud

The DIBB, in my case is an extension of my normal self.

I hope that is reflected in my posts.

The bottom line is, I know right from wrong, and my manners are engrained in my character.

There are a few on here I would class as friends, and as in real life, I would be the first to come to their rescue, when necessary.
