Arrival time at MAN

What time do we need to be at Manchester airport to meet passengers from a plane that is due to arrive at 8:15am on a Sunday morning. We don�t want to go to early as we would rather spend the time asleep. 😴. Does Covid make it any slower for the passengers getting through etc?

It didn�t for me at a midnight arrival as border control only checked passports and not other covid documents. (Three flights arrived together and so it was still about a 20 min wait for that). I have read that some people are having to wait a long time so I�m afraid it seems it it luck of the draw when you arrive. It took us 40 mins from landing to leaving the airport. I don�t think it will be much quicker than that with luggage to collect

40 minutes wasn�t bad!

We landed bank holiday Monday about 8pm. Our flight was 40 mins early and got through really quickly. Maybe 5 mins at security.

The only thing that slowed us was the walk from the plane to passport control (new T2).

Luggage was there when we arrived and straight out.
