Expert Help please with adrs to watch fireworks/shows

Hi I understand that you can book adrs to get reserved seating at some of the shows I have found informations on FANTASMIC H/s but is there one I could do for star-wars next year , are all these extra costs really necessary or can you see the shows by just joining a queue and what would the view be like. So much planning it’s mind blowing. We are going in August 2020 so know the parks will be extra busy. Thanks Lorraine

There is a Star Wars dessert party, so not exactly like the Fantasmic dining package and also it would need to be paid for as unlike the Fantasmic and ROL packages, it is not on the dining plan.

They are definitely not the only way to see the shows / fireworks. If you have the dining plan then the packages are a great way of guaranteeing a spot for fantastic and roll. Fireworks you will be fine with as theres plenty of space to see them how good a spot you get will be based on how early you get there but it's just a case of grabbing a bit of pavement really
