Mobile Food Ideas for Breakfast and Lunch

We would like to pick up a few breakfast and lunch items from the supermarket when we go to our townhouse.
Any suggestions for handy items?
I'm thinking maybe bagels for breakfast. Any other American ideas?
Not sure about lunches. Kids normally have sandwiches but the bread is yuck - too sweet for me. Any suggestions?

We usually have toast and fruit for breakfast. I find adding marmite to the toast stops it being far too sweet.

Publix do some sub rolls that weren’t that sweet you could try those at lunches instead of bread for sandwiches.

Jimmy Dean Delights, a bit like Mac muffins but they have different fillings such as turkey and egg white, sausage patti and egg. They are frozen and come in boxes of 4 and family size. Have a look on the Walmart web sit for Jimmy Dean to see all the breakfast options.
You can get these in most shops, we normally get them from Publix.

Wraps are a good alternative if your not a fan of the bread. I agree the rolls are better than the normal bread.

We always had cereal / toast for breakfast. I know you can also get things like pop tarts, eggos etc

Here is what our DD has just said about bread. They don’t like sweet bread either. (I don’t know who Thomas is!)

Arnold Country White and I think Thomas do one too. However, the fresh bread in the bakery at Publix is nice. We get the sliced white bread (bloomer shaped) and kaiser rolls for sandwiches

For lunches we usually pack some lunchables in our backpack for the parks. Readily available in Walmart, target usually for the bargain price of $1! They have mini pizza ones which are OK,also we get mini wraps sometimes too, also found in the lunchables fridges.
