Those all look lovely. A lot of nuts though for me. I wouldn't buy the nutty stir fry as it's in the name, but are the others clearly labelled as having nuts in? Could I cook them / serve them.without nuts ?

It's never clear whether if something says it has nuts in, if it's just referring to the nuts as garnish which could be avoided, or if it's a fundamental hidden component of the dish.

What do you think?

Not anaphylactic so don't worry not a life threatening answer I would always check myself anyway, I just don't eat them and was curious.

They come sealed and itís up to you if you use them or not. There is a full list of ingredients before you choose your meals, this for example also had peanut butter x

Last nights dinner was fragrant chicken curry. I did adapt it slightly with tons more garlic and some fresh ginger. There was two courgettes which my family arenít mad on so I subbed one of them for a yellow pepper. They scoffed the lot and didnít notice the courgette, winner winner yummy dinner

We had today's meal at lunch time- this is deluxe fish finger sandwich. Although there was nothing wrong with the way it was cooked we found it bland and probably won't bother with this one again but all of the other meals have been fine.

Back on them this week. Tea tonight. A take on a cottage pie. Was tasty.

I've not updated for a while sorry

This week we have had so far

Absolutely gorgeous. With a cheeky bit of spice.

Not mind blowing but still nice and would probably get again.

We had the kung poo chicken yesterday... wow it was too chilli for us. A whole chilli for two was too much. We will have it again but only half a chilli!

We must be pretty hard-core when it comes to the chili!

Tonight we had

It was delicious. Would definitely have it again.
