Carrot cake, which I find really easy but everyone seems to love it.
I also do a very simple meatloaf from pork mince which my family love and give me far too much credit for! |

Mine is pistachio pesto and parma ham lasagne. And my cinnamon apple crunch .
DH is an Italian chef so hard to pick ( he is far far better than me in the kitchen) ...I would say his slow cook simmered wild boar ragu or his zuppa di pesce alla livornese ( seafood stew) . He makes his own ricotta and so his cannolis are legendary in his village ( award winning )

 I’m hungry now! I’d love the trifle recipe and the lasagne with chorizo if you’re happy to share?Mine is strawberry or raspberry white chocolate cheesecake. Delicious but not for anyone dieting

I mostly get complaints these days, I make a good Roast which everyone eats with no complaints . Heres one I made on Tuesday, I only have two potato’s but there were loads I was trying to cut down a bit!
