Hi Stanley, hope you are well. I am just posting as my flight, with the following details was booked with Virgin Atlantic. I am now receiving the error message ‘this flight is provided by another airline. You’ll need to contact them directly to select your seat.’ I have messaged VA on the chat service and they are adamant the flight is with them and it’s just a glitch. I am not so sure, as can’t find my flight anywhere, when I try to do a dummy booking. Is there anything you are able to see? I know there is an Aer Lingus flight at almost the same time as my outbound flight, so not sure if we have been moved to Aer Lingus?

Your flights are still showing as scheduled but at this present moment the outbound VS 73 has been zeroed out for sales. This could be for a number of reasons and I would suggest that you keep a careful eye on MMB and/or emails in case of any changes. Also at this point there is no reason I can see for you to be transferred to Aer Lingus.
