I've just added Chi Lin Nunnery to my list - and I didn't know about the Wisdom Path at the top of the Big Buddha. 🙂 It's interesting what you said about theKlook ticket line at the cable cars - I haven't bought the tickets yet as I keep reading conflicting advice. We are staying at the Silveri Hotel, next door to the City Gate Outlets, so I might just wait and see the queues before we go. We're also going to Macau - but by bus, which I've heard is going to be tricky arriving at the bus terminal and finding our way. I had assumed we could use an Octopus card on the bus when we arrive, so again, thank you for the info. I will make sure I have cash! We are going to try a few veggie buffets too - as you say, it's nice to try different options. Can't wait to read your Singapore report. X

Both of these visits were in odd times- the riots for the first and post covid for the second! My son loved living there - such as experience for a just 18 year old back in 2019! Let me know how you get on!
