I’m not sure how many days out it was but I could book as soon as I’d paid the balance in full.

We were told 7 days prior but I randomly checked the app one day in February and it was available to book, we just got back yesterday! Would recommend to just check daily and book as soon as you can, as I see so many posts saying it's sold out when people get access a week before!

We never found availability before we got there, but while there we booked it for the night after.

I just managed to book for the first week of July even though I was fully paid up in January. Looks like 89 days out may be the magic figure but who knows .

I’ve just booked for May half term too. For ages it was only showing up until end April so think they must just have released a new bunch of dates.

We’ve booked for May this week, we tried to do it sooner on the app and even phoned but we were told the dates weren’t available yet. It seems very random so keep trying and hopefully you’ll be lucky 🤞

The reserved area is great but now there are projections up through Main Street too.
They can’t be seen from the reserved area so it’s definitely worth watching it further back on a different night.

What is the reserved viewing area like please and whereabouts is it? Is it worth the money and how early would we need to get to it before the show? Thanks in advance.

![]() This is at the front of the reserved area. As you can see its bang in front of the castle. Its just a rope off area. You can get there anytime before the show. But if you want the very front , as shown , then around 50mins before. For us it was worth it. My wife's birthday and champagne. As others have said they now do projections all the way down main street so you may want to watch from there on another night if you can. The castle projections are super from the reserved area . We would do it again. |
