I remember loving this restaurant as a kid (the fact that I still remember the milkshakes from my childhood says a lot!) so booked it for mine and my boyfriends trip. Can't wait to try it again as an adult and I think my bf will love the cheesey movie clips I would say give it a go

We like it but just stick to burgers and shakes. The burgers are big, they have always been happy to split one so I can share with DD.

If you are paying out of pocket for quick service lunch then prices are not much higher and you get the nice theming and a/c. Do pre book so you get a car.

We enjoyed it, menu isn't that special but theming is good, it was so peaceful in there! And dark! The lentil vege shepherds pie thing was good!

I was very dissapointed with this place. My son hated the movie clips due to the zombies etc... Infact we left without finishing our meal as he didnt want to watch them. I realise this differs from child to child however I do think this restaurant is more suited to older children maybe 10+ In fact when we told my son we where going to Disney next year the first thing he said was I dont want to go to the restaurant with the zombies. It was so dark i could not read the menu and I could not see what I was eating. I read a good tip on this thread about picking food before sitting down I would definately do that if you are going to go. Atmosphere was ok but not a restaurant we will be returning to.

I think it does very much depend on the child. It was one of my dd's favourites (and we did a lot of character meals ) when she was 4 and 6 and 7. The clips are silly not scary in my opinion but I can see how some children wouldn't like them or the dark.

She enjoyed sitting in the car and pretending to drive and the light up drink we got her. Sometimes servers give kids a cardboard driving licence at the end.
