Cancellation/deposit help
Hi all,
Never cruised and can't get my head around cancellation policy for Disney Cruise Line. Are deposits refundable? Obviously we hope we won't had to cancel but it will be a few months until we know for certain what our circumstances will be. Considering provisional booking to secure rate if it's refundable. Please help a newbie! Thanks |

Disney Cruise Line VIP!

Hi newbie!
Deposits are refundable IF you book direct or with a reputable US TA. If you book with a UK TA, it will not be refundable ok. Normal cancellation policy is that you get within a few months of sail date before you start losing a % of your deposit, but you should know before then if you're good to go of course. Make sure you get insurance which covers cruises if you book one, many policies don't include cruises. Have fun!
