Yes I have 3 times now its a great day out if your old enough to remember the Apollo program going to the moon my 2 boys were 15 and 10 last time they enjoyed the 3D films at the IMAX and the Apollo Command Centre.
To be honest if your older its great and full of history. lesliec |

We did NASA up close & Cape Canaveral tours & loved them both.
We combined it with the Dine with an astronaut lunch & visited the Astronaut Hall of Fame. IMHO 2 days was not long enough to do everything & i felt a bit rushed going round some of the exhibits after watching the 2 IMAX shows back to back. If i had to complain, i'd say that there was very little time to chat to the tour guides, especially on the Canaveral tour as I had so many questions about the Apollo program & our guide knew Betty Grissom whose husband Virgil (Gus) died on Apollo 1 For DH & I the most moving part was standing underneath Launchpad 34 where the fire happened. I think young kids would be a bit bored but if you're into the Space Program or history then it's definately a good idea. |

I agree with Tanya, I always have to visit Kennedy on my own as none of 'my lot' are 'in' to the whole space thing.
I think its fantastic, and recommend it, as Tanya said if you have interest in it. Regards... Ted
