Not a one off anymore with new branch opening but I agree that it's a totally different/better quality of restaurant!

I used a Groupon at burger craft 2 weeks ago. Burgers were good but nowhere near those at Teak.

Although not to the standard of Teak, there is a Reb Robin Gourmet Burgers at Championsgate you could give a try if you don't fancy the drive to Teak.
