Great tip.

Millers currently have a $10 bonus for every $50 you buy through their website.

I can't see any mention of this on the amazon.com listing.

Has anyone bought one recently and did you receive the $10 bonus?

I haven't tried through Amazon.com but from a quick look it doesn't look like you'd get the bonus. If you can't get your CC or debit card to work on the site itself then you could try buying the card instore if the promotion (or another one) is still running then?

Olive Garden do a promo 3 or 4 times per year where they have a $10 bonus with the purchase so do Red Robin (best burgers incase you have tried) the bonus cards are dated but a good deal if you are travelling with in that time.
