Sooooo we had a ADR for July 31st and then got wind of the change of venue, so moved it to July 27th, because the move wasn't happening until July 28th and I read mixed reviews about the alternative location.

However, yesterday I received an email from WDW advising me of the change of location - so now I am confused. Could it be they are just catching up and my change of date was after they produced a list of people to contact etc., or could it be that the relocation dates have been changed?

I have emailed them back to ask, but haven't heard anything as yet.

I know it's not a biggy for most people, but most of the reason we are visiting is sentimental (first visit without my husband/kids dad, since he passed away), so it's kind of important to us. We would rather go somewhere new, than risk being disappointed if that makes sense.

Anyone know anything more?

It looks to be moving from the 28th. What is your question?

I think they just had your old booking down still at the time of the email.
I got one yesterday but we're still going to go and have our fingers crossed it will be ok

I had an email as well even though I have changed my adr from 12th to the 15th August when I thought the maintenance would be complete. I emailed them back asking for clarification so will wait and see.

All sorted thanks. Just had a call from WDW Guest Relations to confirm 27th will still be in original location, my email was sent in error :-)

That's good, I had the same issue. Ours was 31st July so moved it to 23rd and had an email too. I emailed them them back to say when is it closing but not heard back. No way do I want to sit in a conference room with or without the characters! We're only going as it's my daughters choice... it's really not my favourite place for food but the location makes it fun.
