Early Dolphin Swim Request
I have been advised to request an early dolphin swim for up an coming trip to DC. So i have just telephoned them and spoke to a nice man who has booked me in at 09.30. A friend of mine said she did this last time as she was clock watching all day waiting for her dolphin swim and it it thunders everyone is took out of the water. Good advice i say, i am pleased i have done it.

We have done Discovery Cove twice, and swim times except for
special needs are allocated on a first come first served basis, when we were checking in this Year the party in front of us had booked and were told their swim time was 9.30,but they were told that this was not the case,I would ask them to e-mail you with a confirmation |

Thats how you have a swim time,as it will be under Special Needs.
Hope you enjoy,as it is a great day out.Get water shoes $ 6 from Walmart as the pools are rocky, and disposable cameras $ 8 from WAlmart {waterproof} |

We arrived at 7.50am and our swim was at 8.40am, we didn't book that, they just allocated it to us, meant we had to be quick getting ready and in the rush, I didn't know that I had to pick up a life jacket, I thought I would get it there, but the girl was really good and said that if at any time I needed one she would get me one, but I managed without.
It did mean we could enjoy the day without clock watching. Love Rio |

I think mid-morning is a good time to swim as we had an early slot last time and it felt very rushed. Hoping for a later slot this time.

YOu get a briefing for about 10 minutes, then you have about
30 minutes with the dolphins, then you return to the photo cabana to view the pictures that were taken. |
