It's a guarantee room. So you're guaranteed a certain category or above, but you don't know the cabin number until just before normally. These are normally cheaper than choosing your own cabin number but not always available.
Presume by your question you don't have one then? You know your cabin number?

Either way, it doesn't matter as they will always have spare labels at the port.

No we know our category and room.

Not too worried if I can get labels at the port, but didn't know if there was any other important info I should get.

When do I find out what order our restaurants are in?

When you check in at the port, it will be printed on your KTTW cards.
