When and how to book RCL Bahamas August 2015?

Hi everyone

Assuming that they release the same itinerary and departure dates, I'm likely to want to book the RCL 4 day Bahamas cruise on 17th August.

When am I likely to be able to do this? Is there a date that they are likely to release them?

And where is best to book it? I've read that American agents give better deals...where should I look for this?
