Yes it totally lifted our spirits ahh thank you! Hope you got to do the VR rides! Was under strict instructions to direct the water on the kids not on the headset

The mousse, glaze and sponge were from love and olive oil website with some added blow food colouring! The curd was just a passionfruit curd recipe I found online (can’t remember which one I used in the end) then set it with leaf gelatin. I used white candy melts for the flecks and high quality white chocolate for the curl and stewed blueberries with sugar for the coulis xx
