The items that I am continually trying to get are Arborio Risotto Rice
Soy Sauce

Apparently the issue with flour is not actually the flour itself, but the bags that they are sold in? Not sure how true that is ?

Light muscovado sugar has been unavailable everywhere for weeks. Took DD shopping with me this week and she spotted a tray of it in amongst the reduced/damaged stuff at the end of an aisle.

There's definitely some things I can't find in the shops (not in UK) but most things seem to have come back in stock now. Did a shopping trip recently to pick up some baking supplies and was pleasantly surprised that they had everything I wanted/needed, even if the brands were unfamiliar or the quantities were weird (baking powder wasn't available in the smaller sizes but was available as a larger bag).

That's what I read too!

There was an article over here where they talked to one of the baking goods suppliers here. Apparently at the start of the pandemic, they had a lot fewer orders for flour from restaurants/caterers, but a much higher demand for flour from home bakers. So they had lots of flour but they were all in 20kg (or something like that) bags, which was too large an amount for home bakers to buy. So then they had to set up a way to repackage flour or talk to their suppliers to package flour in smaller bags and that took them a while to set up... (Apparently they had the same issue with lots of other ingredients too, like cream cheese...)
