Yes this happened to us too,was supposed to be travelling in 6 weeks but nobody did contact us,so cancelled the other day

Has anyone heard anything? We're on 60 days to go today (ADR day!) so 4 days until payment is due...

We've 13 nights at CSR (so closed for NBA), then a Club Level room at Beach Club (CL not open, at least for the moment).

I don't really want to pay when I don't know where we'll be staying [or even if we'll be let in...]

Currently got a call-back request in with Disney Holidays, but wondered if any Dibb-ers due to go early than us had been contacted yet?

We have a booking for POR on 6th August (17 days away) for 21 nights and heard nothing. I know we can’t go but I’m really surprised they haven’t even contacted us to tell us that the hotel is closed.

I'm surprised they still haven't started getting in touch with people going next month! We were supposed to be staying at POR 29th September, but now that our flight has been cancelled I called Disney today to modify to next year. Because POR still doesn't have an opening date we've had to book CBR. No discount but was able to keep our $300 gift card at least.

I rang them today too about our 6th August booking. I asked where we would be moved to, she put me on hold for a while then came back and said ‘are you definitely coming then?’ I told her our flight was still going as it’s to Miami and played it dumb really. She said that they didn’t know where I would be put but could possibly get someone to call me back in 24 hours. I’m a bit disappointed with them. I have rebooked for CBR. It’s £400 cheaper than what POR would have cost but have no free dining and could only get a 14 day ticket 😔

I suspect they know that Brits can't travel at the moment and with the way things are going that's unlikely to change in the next few months

Ive just noticed they have taken POR off our My Disney Experience for our trip 3rd Sept 2020. TA advised our hols not yet cancelled, BA flights ? Hope they dont leave it last minute to cancel our package, would rather know sooner.
