I, booked for all stars for 2 weeks and if I changed my booking to CSR it would be cheaper in a standard and same price in a tower room. Sounds a bit like they're trying to pull a fast one

If you don’t mind me asking how did the price for CBR compare with your POFQ booking?
I have just re ran the search for my dates (9 nights from Aug 12th) POFQ with 14 day tickets at full price was 3895 (2 adults 2 children) The same for CBR with the 14 days for price of 7 and the free nights is 3822. I’d have expected much more than a 73£ saving given the offer |

We stayed there last year and it’s really a lovely resort. Because it’s a convention resort the amenities and rooms are closer to deluxe standard.

It’s CSR we’ve booked but for comparison our booking at POFQ was £4417 for 15 nights including tickets for 2 adults. CSR is £3057 for 14 nights including 2 adult tickets.
CBR only has pirate rooms for my dates so I can’t compare it. Edited at 08:33 PM. |

Thanks, going back and looking again that explains it. CBR was a pirate room and CSR club level. Hence the higher than expected prices.

I've changed my booking with a very pleasant cm called Mimi this evening.
29th July at POR 5th sleeper (1 adult, 2 kids-8&16)14 nights. Was £4811.08. Now we're preferred at CBR for £4305.80 plus the $200 gift card. I'm really pleased with this. If POR reopens we may switch back to there but we like the look of CBR so just hope we love it as much as Riverside if we stay there.
