Hilton & Waldorf Astoria Bonnet Creek Full (Oct 2021

We are planning to go out end of October and have yet to decide where we will stay at or around WDW (plan to start at HRH for the first few days).

I was looking around for pricing at various hotels but couldn't get anything online for either the Hilton or Waldorf Astoria Bonnet Creek. I tried the live chat, they couldn't help and suggested that I email the hotels direct as they share a reservations team.

I got a response to say there there were not rooms available during that period as "there is a full group buyout" but rooms would be available after 28th October.

That is a huge number of rooms to be filled up in advance (especially in the current climate) so you would assume that there is a either a major conference going on or there is another large group attending.

Anyone know anything about this?

Have you tried BA holidays (hotel only) as they might have some availability (they do in September).
The resort fee is a bit steep though.

It is only a specific set of dates in October that they have this full group buyout but of course, it is when I am looking to stay.

Of course, plenty of other options but it is always good to check the cost v value of all hotels in the area as well as the Mouse hotels.

Hi, we're booked at the Waldorf for 14th - 26th October 2021. for some reason the room didnt come up on-line, but when i called BA to re-arrange our booking, there was plenty of availability
