Two dog walks today and then a 7.3 mile run up one of the local big hills, taking in 865 feet of climbing.
The first part was an absolute mud-fest necessitating much walking in order to remain upright.  I then escaped the mud and toured the fairways of a neighbouring golf course, which is currently closed to golfers, and all was well again!   24,000 steps for the day. |

Crazy busy today! Quite bad pains towards the end of the day today. Only to be expected really, going to be a hard one this week.
Me:  OH:  OH lost 3lb this week taking him to 7.5lbs lost  really proud of him!

I’m on hold atm my asthma is really bad and I’m on a very high dose of steriods and non stop eating, I hope to get back on track 1st March, when hopefully things will be under control.

Just back from my 6 mile run & later I will walk the same route 🙊💪the joys of furlough ☹️
Keep going everyone I know it’s hard but the only thing I can control at the moment is my exercise & my food intake & maybe my Costa lattes too 🤷😉 |
