Anybody having problems booking fast passes

We have made several days fast passes for our party of five. Today when I went onto the app it says our son needs ticket for admission to the park. He already has a 14 day ultimate ticket the same as the rest of us, we tried to link his ticket again but it says it is already linked. So today we have only been able to book fast passes for 4 of us and not Chris. I tried calling Disney twice who said they are having some technical issues on their site.the wait time on the phone was 2 hours so no way was I holding for that length of time. Has anyone else experienced a problem like this and was it soon rectified by Disney. We have been trying since lunchtime and it’s still saying Chris needs a ticket linking to our account.the funny thing is we have booked the rest of our fast passes no problem just can’t do it today.

Yes MDE is having problems. You’ll just have to wait it out I’m afraid. It’s likely no one else can book either though.

The funny is I have been able to book fast passes for 4 of us it’s just my son we can’t book for it says his ticket needs linking up, my hubby tried to link it again and it says this ticket is already linked to our account. Will try again later to see if Chris’s ticket is back up and running. This is the first time we have encountered any problems since we started booking the fast passes 10 days ago we have always been able to book 5 fastpasses at the same time.

Its not showing tickets for all 5 adults in our party so wont let me book fastpasses. The only one who has a ticket and can book fastpasses is my grandson who is 4!

I’m glad it’s not just us that’s having issues, Disney have just told me they are still working on the problem. Hopefully we all get our issued resolved in the near future. I’ll keep you updated when ours sons ticket is relinked. Luckily all the fastpasses we have previously booked for him are still there we just need his ticket relinking so we can book his next fast passes.

On my iPad it’s showing all our fast passes but saying we don’t have tickets but on my phone there’s nothing it says you haven’t made any plans.
Just hoping we don’t lose the fast passes I got this morning for FOP

This has also happened to us. It says my son needs a ticket but is still showing fast passes already booked for him.

Try the website rather than the app.
My hotel booking has gone on the app but is still there on the website.

I ended up on chrome it would only work through there!
My app says my entire booking is missing.
